Yesterday was my first mixed bike/hike shortly. I rode my Vado (electric-assist bike) to Harvey Bear bike then hiked uphill and rode again down. I attempted some aspect trails I’ve by no means been on earlier than which provided fairly easy off-road surfaces (the Vado is a hybrid, not a mountain bike, with pretty fats tires however no suspension).

I rode out to Harvey bear park largely standing with no help which took 45 minutes, then spent about an hour within the park. I used help to buck a headwind on the way in which house. Subsequent time I’ll enable extra time so I can do extra exploring.
