I rode my upright to Coyote Valley Open House after which hiked the Arrowhead path, which is about 4 miles with some first rate climbing. The entire exercise was a bit over two hours on a pleasant spring day. Surprisingly, I set a PR on the mountaineering loop of 57 minutes, the primary time I broke an hour. I suppose I’m getting in higher form.
