Golf + Island Hopping
On our third day we had some dreary climate.
A Rising Tide

Lunch on the Membership
I used to be in want of a giant salad, so we went to the membership for lunch to satisfy Mazen after his entrance 9.
Flemming Schooling Middle
We had hoped to swim, however it began to rain. (The pool is heated, however not that heated.) So we went to Flemming on the BHI Conservancy to go to the snakes and turtles!
Fishin’ Time
When Thomas received dwelling all of us took somewhat relaxation after which the boys did extra fishing, per traditional.
Dinner on the Palms
We had hoped to prepare dinner one night time, however Thomas and I had been feeling fairly lazy, so we went out to dinner once more. Not a fantastic use of cash, but in addition, a fantastic use of cash : ) : )
We went to the Palms on the Membership, which is their extra informal pub.
We had fondue to share (which Mazen LOVED), and I had crab bisque and among the finest brussels sprouts I’ve ever had!

4th Birchday
on Saturday Birch turned 4!!!!!! Take a look at my Instagram for some recollections of his delivery day.
Lunch Social gathering
After a lazy morning we had his occasion at lunchtime. I took the boys for a spooky stroll whereas Thomas adorned.

And went on a scavenger hunt for his “massive” reward – a Yoto Participant!
Pirate Cake
Then it was cake time! We ordered his cake from Sara at Island Instances Cafe. It was the whole lot we had hoped for!

Let Them Eat Cake
We didn’t make them eat the rest for lunch. Simply cake!!
I had cake first after which a bowl of brussels sprouts leftover from dinner. lol.
Halloween on Bald Head Island
After the occasion we placed on our costumes for trick or treating!
I’m so glad I assumed to pack costumes as a result of we had no concept that lots of the island houses take part on this Saturday day-time occasion. I had googled “Halloween on Bald Head Island” and got here up with nothing. It was SO FUN!
Golf Cart Halloween
Thomas was the driving force and I used the map and information to navigate us throughout the island to the houses that had been collaborating. We felt a fantastic sense of group after we completed two hours later.
Among the householders dressed up in costumes. Birch beloved this pirate home.
Spooky Evening on the Membership
After a relaxation, we headed to the membership for dinner and a haunted home.
The boys had a good time watching the ghouls heat up throughout dinner.
Dinner at Horizons
I had grouper, veggies, and grits for my entrée.
And I used to be so excited to see that the Holderness Household was eating throughout the veranda from us!! You would possibly know them from their humorous musical parody movies or the Superb Race!
Haunted Home
The membership did an epic haunted home. They turned the pool blood pink, and there have been a number of sections. I didn’t get any photographs because it was so darkish, however Mazen beloved it!
Birch had zero curiosity in going by means of.
Bon voyage
We headed dwelling on Sunday morning on the ferry. It was a fantastic fall journey!
