DOJ sues Navarro for White Home emails, accuses him of ‘wrongfully retaining them’

The Justice Division is suing Peter Navarro for emails from his time as former President Trump’s commerce adviser, alleging that he used at the least one non-administration e mail account whereas working within the White Home and was “wrongfully retaining” communications.
