I began out yesterday with about 30 min warmup briskly strolling with hand weights. Then I rode, largely standing for a few hours (on the “longevity inducing” cardio tempo I mentioned just lately), and completed with some quick intervals then energy coaching for my legs. This was a difficult however gratifying mixture.
The climate or winds will need to have been appropriate as a result of I noticed a few motorized paragliders and a few hot-air balloons out. That’s uncommon for our space.
